ÅngströmBond® AB9037 is a flexible, acrylated urethane, thixotropic, chip encapsulant and adhesive. It fluoresces blue under black light. This UV/visible light + heat cure material can completely cure in seconds with UV and offers resistance to moisture and thermal cycling.
AB9037 has excellent adhesion to FR4, Kapton, Glass, PC boards and the substrates used for electronic components. It is especially well suited for chip on board, chip on flex, multi-chip modules and glob top applications.
