Domaille Engineering Universal Cure Oven with MT 24-position Horizontal Carrier Tray (CO15001). 220V/240V
The Domaille Engineering CO-6600 Universal Epoxy Cure Oven(220V/240V) with MT 24-position Horizontal Carrier Tray is designed specifically for curing 24 MT and MT-RJ type ferrules simultaneously. It can also be used to cure any of the popular single-fiber connector designs, including FC, SC, ST, and LC (with a separate curing block). The oven holds up to 48 connectors at a time. In addition, it is equipped with a tray system for easy loading and can reach a maximum temperature of 140°C.
The oven allows for two modes of curing operation: timer mode and temperature hold mode. Timer mode allows the oven to gradually increase to a selected temperature, maintain the temperature for a selected operating time, and then gradually decrease to room temperature by shutting off power to the heating element. The temperature hold mode maintains the curing oven at a constant selected temperature indefinitely.
