Seikoh Giken's Independant Pressure Control (IPC) Connector Plates allow the operator to use any of the plate's ports in any configuration. Most plates require the connectors to be placed in a symetrical pattern to produce even polishes. With IPC plates ferrules are given even polishes regardless of how they are placed in the plate.
